Agreement
Children's brains are flexible, so children can learn English effectively.
Everyday learning is effective.

Disagreement
One of the group member learned English when he is in elementary school, but he can't master English and he thinks learning English in elementary school is useless.
If there is English class in elementary school, Japanese class will decrease. But Japanese children should master Japanese first and they should read more Japanese poem and tanka in elementary school.

Many people said twenty is the best to come of age.But some people said eighteen is best because many people graduate from high school and there are people start their job.We also talked about what the meaning of adult is. Some people said adult means people who work and can live without parents' help, but this discussion is very difficult.
